About the style: 

The Amrit Yoga classses combine active yoga postures, inward focus, and meditative awareness to achieve deep personal peace as well as the physical benefits experienced with consistent yoga practice.  It is a yoga methodology that is universally appropriate for anyone regardless of physical condition, age, or level of experience, or belief system. All of the postures can be easily modified to challenge the hardiest athletes or meet the needs of those new to yoga. Classes are traditional with opening meditation, a series of postures, an ending rejuvenation pose laying on your back followed by a short closing meditation. The result is better sleep, less stress, a clear mind, a leaner body, increased metabolism, and overall more youthful feeling. James has been a student of yoga for over ten years and has been teaching yoga and meditation on the Eastside for the last five years.

                        4:00pm-5:00pm   Teens

Wednesdays   9:30am (starting in Nov.)

$12 drop in/ $100 for 10-pack
